In 2012, it was possible to teleport into a place using Roblox Studio, allowing a user to grief the place.Roblox chat command script.There was a bug where players would spawn as Guests upon entering a teleporter.Often, advertisers will create fake copies of popular games which have the original game's title and thumbnail, but teleport to a different place. A common type of deceptive advertising involves the usage of teleporters to immediately transport the user to another place that is usually unrelated upon joining.

Future updates of the teleporters may include a method to tell if the player has entered through a teleporter (to make it inaccessible without teleporters).

Attempting to teleport to a friends only place causes Error 773 to appear.

Attempting to teleport to an inactive place causes Error 770 to appear.

Prior to its discontinuation, if the player was not a part of Builders Club, they would receive Error 733 upon attempting to teleport to a Builder's Club only place.

Open up the teleporter model and select the ' placeID' value in Properties.
